Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all home decor pieces are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print your prepaid return shipping label and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
